You drink 2, 3, even 4 liters a day.

Most people are drinking water that’s making them more dehydrated.
Why?
1. Plain water ≠ cellular hydration
If your cells don’t absorb it — it just flushes through.
Especially if your body lacks the minerals needed to hold onto water.
2. Hard water and RO water are stripped of life
– Hard water has excess calcium or chlorine, which can irritate tissues.
– RO (reverse osmosis) water is “dead”, no structure, no minerals, no conductivity.
3. Drinking too much, too fast actually overwhelms your kidneys.

⚠️ Why Juicing Isn’t the Answer
Structured water is not an excuse for drinking liters of mango or watermelon juice.
Juicing too many fruits strips the fiber and spikes your sugar — especially dangerous if you're healing from inflammation, insulin resistance, or hormonal imbalance.
Instead:
✅ Use herbs like coriander to structure and detox water
✅ Add cucumber, mint, lemon, sea salt to your drinking water
✅ Chew your food — saliva begins the structuring process naturally
✅ Focus on blended greens or vegetable broths if needed

1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 handful fresh coriander (or mint)
