SKIN CONDITIONS

Most people believe that they are supposed to fix their cracked and unhealthy skin from the outside. 
They'll therefore opt for products marketed to them in cosmetic shops and promoted by the influencers.  
But this is the reality
All skin conditions have something to do with the health of their gut(gastrointestinal systems)
What is seen on the skin tells a lot about the health of the gut. 

When you take inflammatory foods, they inflammation to your gut and expose the immune system surrounding the gut, which triggers immune responses and reactions that lead to the formation of the rashes and the pimples. 
If you've been struggling with ANY form of skin condition, this is what to do

1. Drop every junk- sweets ice cream, French fries, pizza, etc
2. Drop all wheats. Gluten in wheats is highly inflammatory to the Gut. (There's nothing like gluten-free products)
3. Dispose of all seed oils in your kitchen. These include saseme oils, canola oil, macadamia oil, corn oil, cotton oil, sunflower oil, and safflower oil. 
4. Drop all skin care products and skin care routines like skin scrabs. 
5. Drop all hormonal contraceptives
6. Drop all sugars, forget about fruits and honey and sweeteners 


These are what you need to embrace. 
1. Fewer meals. 1 or 2 meals per day is enough 
2. Take meats of every kind and vegetable. Whether red or white. 
3. Cook in Ghee, tallow, coconut oil. 
4. Take eggs in plenty (5-8 eggs per day is essential)
5. She'd weight. If you are fat or obese, the weight has to go 
6. Enjoy the sun. 1hr of midday sun will fix your skin 
7. Take cold showers
8. Do exercises, Exercises helps in clearing the toxins on the skin
9. Fast. Both Intermittent fasting and Prolonged periodic fasts will help in fixing the gut. 

Also realize that the hair is part of the skin. 
Persistence and patience is very key.
